.I have bios F7 motherboard. The newest is F21. ( 2 newer than me ). Is this worth to update or that doesnt help in future?

    notes:
    1. Improve the linkage between Resizable and 4G above
    2. Add "Instant 6GHz" profile in CPU upgrade option (supports i9-13900K/KF and i7-13700K/KF)
    3. Improve CPU OC stability, DDR compatibility & PCIe Gen5 stability

Depends on driver version and API, to cover past and present driver versions check/clear the following:

    %PROGRAMDATA%\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache\
    %TEMP%\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache\
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\NVIDIA\GLCache\
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\NVIDIA\DXCache\
    %LOCALAPPDATA%\D3DSCache\

    there's also COMPUTE cache:

    %APPDATA%\NVIDIA\ComputeCache\

NOTE: Games may have their own shader caches

    EDIT: typo, duplicate cache location

That folder:"%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache" Is deleting every install of new driver or i must m anually delete it to cleaR?

To clear nv cache i must delete:"c:\program data\nvidia corporation\NV_Cache" or
    "%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache"

    Where i must ?

Just the files in them folders, those your system allows you to delete, some shaders caches are in use by the system itself, so you can't delete these without stopping the system from caching first.

I don`t mean to be disrespectful, but asking 12 times the same questions will not change the fact that YOU will need to aswer this question. People are trying to help you diagnose the issue and help you figure this out, but you seem to have a hard time accepting the fact that only you can make that decision based on the your troubleshooting findings. Sorry if this sound rude, but I think someone need to tell you this.

Yes, It could be a defective card, among other things... But you need to find a way to isolate this possibility.

Or you take your chances, RMA the card, and yes, you might find out later that it does not solve the issue.

For the games you have installed and play again yes it will create new cache files , but when starting a game it can start slow the 1st time ,sometimes crashing the first time don't mention that, that's ok , don't panic

    Happy hunting :)

Your system was never stable, the absence of bluescreens does not infer stable.

All you've demonstrated is that a change in process/kernel load exposes a flaw in the machine.
