So, OP, are you trying to figure out a problem or are you just looking for a problem where none exists?
Most people don't worry about latency, unless they're having a problem. You never state that you're experience a problem but start a thread about a "bug" that supposedly exists based on a known incompatible piece of software. So, are you actually having a problem or just looking for a problem that doesn't actually exist?
As you can see in this comparison, DPC Lat is constantly reporting over 1 second system latency, where as LatencyMon is not, with both running at the same time. With over 1 msec latency I would be having quite a bit of steam dropouts, and I don't have any. Ergo, DPC Lat Check DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY on Windows 10/11. LatencyMon checks overall system latency, which applies to audio streaming / recording, video recording, and yes, even gaming. Any conclusions based on DPC Lat Check on Win 10/11 is FLAWED and should be disregarded. (The authors of DPC Lat Check even state that it doesn't work properly on Win 10/11, and they will not be updating it, so why are you still using it?)
Not defending DPC Latency Checker, but Y axis is in microseconds, so we see latencies over 1000 microseconds (i.e. over 1 millisecond) on screenshot.
i dont install 22H2 because this problem!!!all versions 10 and first version 11 works correct only windows 11 22h2 and insider preview 11 this problem
