New driver from Tesla.

Use NVCleanInstal to install.

This is data center driver. Looks like it has all optimisations as quadro + 2 additional looking at branch progression.

 

use nvclean for install and...
if nvclean launch error
copy this archives in folder NVI2 of other package drivers
NVI2\presentations.cfg
NVI2\presentations.dll
NVI2\progress.htm

I had the same problem.
Extract driver with 7zip or winrar, than delete nvi2 folder and replace with nvi2 folder from another driver, I have used nvi2 folder from 516.25 driver. Than in nvcleaninstal point setup.exe from folder that you have extracted 516.31 driver.
After instalation I was missing Physyx, but for physyx I have used standalone installer form physyx 9.21.
Now everything works

Driver is also very good and provide very smooth experiance like 516.25 quadro.
For now all games I tested runs great,
For me this driver will be long term keeper.

EDIT WORKING NOW : Quadro M4000 as a hardware template and signature has been ticked.

 

When we get the Geforce driver to full support 22H2? I'm currently using 516.01 and I don't see any issues with my system.

 

Working perfectly for my RTX 2070 Super as well, I selected the template for "Quadro RTX 4000 [1EB1]" for my RTX 2070 [1F07]! and made sure signature and anti-cheat was ticked

I haven't tested these yet, but I'm sure they will be keepers if they're anything like 516.25.

 

Just download the latest official Nvidia drivers, unpack the exe using winrar or 7zip and grab the files from there and copy over

 

Can't get these to install with nvcleaninstall. Ive tried several templates. RTX 3080

 

Which template you select isn't important, the important part is that you click the button behind the field below it to get your cards ID added.

 

Yeah, I did that as well. I still have 516.25 installed. Going to remove these then try.

the only thing i've noticed is that under hardware, it shows my card simply as Nvidia Graphics Device and not 3080, hope that doesn't end up in issues, but will see.
prolly just happened because i didn't change the ID name while setting up the driver inside the prog.

 

I personally recommend choosing the closest card to your own spec-wise. It doesn't matter as far as how the hardware communicates with the drivers, but the INF file determines which files/configs/services get loaded for each card (which are categorized into sections), so it may or not may not be beneficial to choose one card over the other.

Obviously, you can't add features the hardware isn't capable of, but if you use a lower-end card as a template, surely there are some files/configs/services that aren't loaded that would be beneficial to you as an end-user.

For my both RTX cards, 2060 and 2080 Super, I have used RTX A6000 template as I tought that a flagship quadro will be best, and both cards runs great.

 

All good here, had to pull the presentation files from .25 but after that it installed without issue...



I used the template for rtx5000 as that is the quadro counterpart to my 2080.

 

Should i be using a different template? I think i used rtx 4000 for my 3080

 

I don't think it really matters but if your 3080 has a GA102 chip in it then an A6000 would be the Quadro equivalent i believe.
