    AMD's chipset driver 4.03.03.624 to bring USB4 support, boost Ryzen 7 5800X3D performance : Amd (reddit.com)

    https://www.neowin.net/news/amd039s...b4-support-boost-ryzen-7-5800x3d-performance/

So in addition to the Vcache driver it also contains USB4 driver support. Interesting to have that included already.

    https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Driver/mb_driver_chipset_4.03.03.624.zip

And that might work as well to download these from a alternate source (Gigabyte) :)
But if these come with components like these then a new version from AMD can't be too far off either.

AMD 6000 series laptops then perhaps, otherwise the existing version should provide the same driver components for what can or need to be updated on the system for current hardware.

They don't seem to be, but I really expected them to release a new version soon.
The present one has two stupid installation issues that make them impossible to install on my system unless you're on a clean install.

Strange how station-drivers keeps publishing AMD's drivers, sooner than anyone else, including AMD's site.

Motherboard vendors, like how Gigabyte had 4.03.03.624 over AMD's 4.03.03.431

This builds on 4.03.03.624 with a newer USB4 driver, newer power plan and such though the notes make no mention of the VCache driver the prior version had.

If it's from a laptop vendor especially, 5800X3D is going to retail soon too so AMD should have a new set shortly.

Followed by AGESA 1.2.0.7 although beta.
Updates to other bios code has come out since last week but it's still a bit mixed between 1.2.0.6 Patch B and the newer Patch C variant although both are Vermeer-X (5800X3D) ready.

EDIT: Was informed it's Gigabyte again as well for these chipset drivers originated from. :)

EDIT: Just the power plan that got updated, not too much of note.
Maybe if AMD made another Ryzen 4000 CPU for mobile devices but are there any Zen2 products made anymore for desktop systems?

Even for said mobile devices the Ryzen 6000's and Zen3 is now coming out.
But this is still being updated, even with Windows 11 and OS improvements these custom plans still have some role it seems.

    New RAID drivers:

    AMD RAIDXpert2 Version 9.3.2.130

    DriverVer = 06/16/2022,9.3.2.00130

Included in the chipset drivers archive.

P.S. I had some problems with reading a non-raid drive. I had to revert back to the old drivers and the problem disappeared.

Why can't I uninstall AMD chipset drivers?

At first I was like, that's strange.. I'll just re-install the same drivers over itself and then it should work, and after even that it won't work.

This happened to me a while back and I could not solve it so I had to reinstall windows as I wanted the newer drivers

It wont hurt anything except not being able to update them

I was trying to uninstall them to go back to an older driver that I know is stable, this newer set I suspect is causing a certain type of crash for me... when I have Photoshop open and then open Firefox, Frefox sometimes crashes.

I ended up using Revo Uninstaller, it seems to have worked... installed the old driver set and I'm currently open with Photoshop working on an image and have Firefox open with multiple tabs and it hasn't crashed...... yet.

Guess I'll find out if my hunch was correct in the next couple hours or days.
