It's locked only for new GPU generations

Well, after 10 minutes of play
In CS GO at 1090 and 1400 clock speed
The driver crashed and made me close the game completely ..
This method did not help

 

Issue might definitely be related to that one 8 Pin

 

Even if the 8 pin is securely connected?
The wire burned there (once I replaced it and another cable burned)
Now the cables are no longer burning it is important to note that it is the same side of 8 pin.
Probably forgotten from OC to the current card.
I played FAR CRY 6 after 50 minutes of play, the card dropped in performance (from 50 FPS to 25-33 FPS)
Hope he survives until the new tickets :\

Speed clock and core stuck (not going to sleep)
R9 295X2
2 cores stuck at 1030MHz and 1300 clock

UPDATE:
Another update, the driver causes the computer to freeze (only restart helps in this case)
I had to make a complete erasure and go back.
As for the clocks locked after DDU it is sorted.
MPC does not play video only audio after installing driver 22.3.2

 

Unrelated to all of this, but is anyone here using OverdriveNTool, why does my pc freeze as soon as i apply only one voltage and mhz which is default just to prevent it from dropping ingames?
Is that normal?

 

I'm not sure if it's drivers or because it's older cards tbh, when I apply anything on MSI AB on my R9 390, my computer crashes/freezes.

 

This only happens to me especially legacy gcn 1,2,3 when using Kernel Driver Version iteration starts from 27.20.2XXXX which 21.4.1-21.5.2 has. The only fine OC features are 27.20.1XXXX which last 21.3.2 amd kernel driver.

I've tested the 22.3.2 from the Gdrive..and i've noticed that Video Decoder is not present in the task manager and therefore my radeon relive wont work..it only outputs a 48kb of video file

 

is your installation of advanced media foundation hotfix not stuck?

No it didn't get stuck..it just goes forward and I've followed every instructions ...

 

Because this driver not yet released publicly, i have to find out the bug on another pc/laptop with remote access.
Just find out there's something wrong with the INF which caused DXVA not functioning so i reuse 21.3.2 INF and re-edit them, now functioning.

 

I also tried 22.3.2. insight release on my R9 Fury for a few hours.....
-Tested on Passmark 10,Shadow of Tomb Rider(DX12),Strange Brigade(DX12&Vulkan),War
Thunder(DX11&DX12),Basemark,Heaven Benchmark(DX11)
-All in All Driver was working Good except in Basemark maybe I need to update that particular benchmark also yeah Video Decoder ain't working so watching or recording videos was not possible but @mylipho15 was already explain that.....Ahh yeah UI was working good again and I could call it with the right click not only from start menu like in the past driver....

No, it isn't possible. GCN's too old
