Windows 11 Insider Nvidia 515.66

Last two insider drivers , good performers for my system , have over 60 hours in Elden Ring !

 

So far so good cyberpunk works with very smooth. Forza horizon 5 death stranding all work very good now i will try elden ring i only bought the game today testing it later. But so far so good the best Nvidia drivers i see in a long time.

 

Anyone have the mobile version? Want to install these on a 3070 laptop.

Can you clarify which file did you have to exclude from the real-time defender--and how did you do that?

Cpuz.exe etc,but is weird.. sometimes it registered then later it didnt again and consumed 3-4% and made that difference , if i turned real time scan off temporary it was ok completely again.. stupid microsoft.

 

Going back to 515.36 as this one seems to black screen when the GPU is after being used 100%, after a gaming session.
Once it blacked out when I exited a GPU-heavy game and browsed the web for a while, was about to watch some youtube vid or something and the screen just went black, than thew monitor turned off and stayed like that for a good couple of minutes as I was waiting for it to get back, even tried Ctrl+Shift+Win+B but nothing helped, had tu press the power button. let it turn itself off and after restarting everything was fine, I could leave it idle on the desktop, youtube, whatever and didn't happen again.
Second time I was actually in game, after a match of World of Tanks in menu and it black out, still the PC was responsive and I could turn it off and on again.

 

Is there a changelog?

 

Kept on getting hitching/stutter in my games with this driver... like mini freezes as well

 

No issues with me so far. Very stable. Just missing the DLDSR options, but I don't use those with many games.

 

Rock solid here also on Win10 21H2. Fixed the dwm.exe spam. Good news heading to the next GRD or Studio Driver.

 

Comments like those are garbage too.

 

I really like DLDSR combined with DLSS for the right games. Best of both worlds, tbh.

 

two garbages, dldsr to do much less fps than native 4k resolution and dlss to add ghosting and blur in image

 

Sry for noob question. But how to download physx from official site? Before intalling I made clean with Display Driver Uninstaller

 

Didn't see a standalone PhysX package for some time, either download a full driver and extract it to get to the PhysX installer or download a development SDK.

How did you find the direct link to that one?
Did some web searches which all send me to a way older version.

 

I just googled Physx 9.21 which gave this main page --> NVIDIA PHYSX SOFTWARE

 

Is it worth it to install these drivers in place of v 512.15 ?
I have upgraded to windows 11 22H2 but this driver was not offered by the update.
