Absolutely, 10-bit even according to my „info“ tab.
HDR looks great in CoD also, but I couldn’t play that with a controller either.
Senua‘s sacrifice has some great effects also, extremely nice contrast.

    Newer model, same class.

    Newer firmware, better long road.

C1 stands for C11, CX stands for C10

Looks good on my neo g9 since the last firmware update. Just wish all games with hdr auto toggled hdr on when you start them.

You can either press the Win+Alt+B keys to enable HDR or use https://sourceforge.net/projects/hdr-profile/ AutoActions to create game profiles that will automatically enable HDR when you run a game.

thinking of going from my Alienware AW3418DW to an AW3821 (HDR600). not sure if the HDR experience would be good on that one

While I cannot attest to your experience, I hope you can use mine as a guide somewhat of what to expect. My first HDR monitor was a Phillips Momentum which had 600 nits peak and a sub-par edge-lit 16 dimming zone. At the time, I was blown away by how much HDR content looked and popped and wondered if it could get any better.

I have a 34" ultrawide with HDR, but only use it on some games. For the games it supports, it looks great. For general desktop use, its not fantastic though and is not ideal for content creation or graphic designers.

I have it, but game support is often terrible with out the ability to properly calibrate. So I often turn it off *shrug*

I have the ASUS PG35VQ, really like it although it does have some flaws, you get a bit of haloing around the mouse cursor in dark menus with HDR enabled but overall the local dimming does a decent job during normal play and with it being a VA panel it can look a bit washed out vs an IPS panel when not using HDR.

It can overclock to 200Hz but usually keep it at 144Hz to keep 10bit colour with no dithering.

Overall though the HDR experience is great, will take something like an OLED monitor to replace it whenever they become a thing.
