eh it ok activision/blizzare dont make thing i care about anymore to me there as bad as EA

Guess we also know why nothing being done at activision they get bought out so they dont care

 

So in 6 years they will start to see a return. I'm not sure if that's good or bad business.

 

I told you blizzard is dead.

But maybe it is good and they actually release something good under microsoft....

 

Same happens with all companies bought by another. The studios are in effect no longer producing anything. Basically a slow death of the company.

 

You assume also that all pay that much, I have gotten Game pass ultimate for 9 months and paid £2... any i've barely been trying they just always seem to do 3 months for £1 when i look xD

I can't be the only one who sees those deals and never pays the full price for it

 

Everyone seems to forget MS track record when it comes to buying devs.

Anyway, I'm interested in how Sony and Nintendo respond.

This isn't good at all! Gaming is loosing its ground - exclusivity through buying game studios, loot games, nft games etc.

 

And Ford made Aston Martin because they had it under them for a couple of years. Just like Activation made Diablo and other Blizzard games...especially since they are a publisher, not developer.

 

At this rate MS is going to slaughter Vulkan and the linux gaming. This is not a good news

 

A lot of people seem to miss this. Bobby just won't go without a show.
Phil Spencer will be CEO Microsoft Gaming as of today (is it?) and Bobby will continue as ActiBlizz CEO from now on. Bobby will need to answer to Phil after the aquisition though.

This is not a play against Sony. It's a play against Google, Apple and Valve. Sony and Nintendo might be the un-intended victims in this.

 

Considering blizzard is nothing like the company that gave us d2 &1 StarCraft and wc 1 2 3 , where they would all together cancel games on late development stages if they where not up to their standards "StarCraft ghost" with shitty remakes like the wc3 remake and their whole mess in management .. honestly ms will have to try to drag em lower ..... That said ms sometimes seems overly zealous on this aspect . Will be interesting to see but i stopped carrying about blizz over 10 years ago.

I remember when d2 got released and a friend asked me if it is good , no kidding i responded " it's blizzard" and he just nodded.

 

Looks like i will be enjoying Diablo 1/2 soon courtesy of gamepass, fantastic.
