Really nasty thing happens when force the resizeble bar on Polaris 470/480 (4GB) visual corruption and freezyng the OS maybe works with 8GB? in order to use Nimez 21.12.1 have to disable rebar on Bios otherwise crash after first reboot after driver installation.

Why does the display option in radeon software have no display color enhancement?

Thanks for the driver! Working very well
I do have one question, will Dx10 TerraScale support be added?
I would love to get some newer games running on my HD4890 lol

For the RBAR/SAM questions, again. Needed bios+board that support this and a GPU card must be compatible* (*means not that AMD says/its not offical supported), yes its true older cards are possible too, but not at all!
The R9-390+ with 8GB GDDR works! Not sure is rq but i think min.8GB of RAM is needed mostly.

Yes, it brings by some games and util some extra-power, but nothing goes badder evcer, i have never a problems since a year if use RBAR/SAM.
(Großer Speicherbereich) Big RAMRANGE you must see it in the devicemanager if it is activate.

In your bios you must disable CSM, enable 4G and BAR/SAM on Auto, ofc the OS must be X64 and the Bios must be UEFI!

Is this UWP version? I see many user reported related to opengl problems here especially GCN users.

Being enable on GPU-Z don't mean is enable on GPU Driver... what GPU-Z show is resible-bar is enabled on your system but if you on advanced tab and look for PCIe Resizable BAR you will see your hardware is not supported and to make that clear you can verify on AMD radeon settings on Performance/Tunning there a indicator upload_2021-12-7_5-7-21.png if is white like that means Resizable Bar is doing nothing on your GPU... in fact enable Resizable Bar on bios for not supported hardware only brings problems i felt a lot more stuttering who is simply gone after disable rebar on bios.

It's weird when RX 580 get SAM supported by hardware instead of Vega

    Greetings!
My first experience with modified drivers and I must say that the explained procedure works perfectly (ryzen 3600+R9 280). Just one question: can I only exclude amd graphics drivers from windows update or disable win update implies that no drivers will (possibly) be updated in the future? In general I find this function convenient and I would simply like to be able to evaluate what to update by excluding only the graphics drivers that would probably lead to problems.
Thanks in advance for your reply!

Limitation of the GPU UEFI bios on Vegas HBM setup unable to have more than 256mb of VRAM exposed to the CPU

Unsupported and working are two different things. It'll work without being supported it will just not achieve its "100%" usage case as it's not fully supported

your 580 shows hardware unsupported because it does not meet the UEFI bios support for full 256mb+ vram exposure with reBar

I think using Local Group Policy Editor is possible, but there is a way that maybe difficult for general users, it needs device ID to exclude device update in Group Policy Editor (graphics driver as example)
