Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3 will not receive next-generation enhancements until 2022.

I truly wonder what can CD Projekt RED do for Cyberpunk on the PS5 and Series X? The game is heavy on resources and still has a few glitches. So many compromises were already made for the PS5 version to run at a decent framerate. The Series X version is a better experience and can handle more NPC's in public areas but yet it still can suffer framerate loss. The Series X and PS5 have their limitations. For Cyberpunk to be phenomenal on console the game would need an extreme overhaul. Is it worth it?

Fans of the Witcher will be pleased and I'm sure it should run fine. In regards to Cyberpunk, they have spent a load of resources on a title that many gamers are pretty much done with.

I guess we will soon see.

 

I really do feel like if they don't rewrite the AI for Cyberpunk the game will never improve.

 

Kinda disappointed. Was looking forward to replaying Witcher 3. But oh well, rather wait than play a buggy mess

Finished witcher 3 long time ago and cyberpunk will not be fixed until 2077.

 

I have cp2077 and w3 for ps4 waiting from ps5 upgrades.

and I will probably still not play witcher 3 or cp2077 hell i still have yet to beat witcher 2, think i some place on 2nd chapter if the saves are still on my pc

 

I don't think they can out do the mods that make w3 Look next gen

 

All depends on resources. They're the ones writing the engine the mods run on eh?

 

I don't have much hope regarding CDProjekt right now . I'd think modders can use better current resources rather than CDPR can code something new and better.
