Hey guys, I'm having an issue with my mobo.

If I load optimized defaults and leave it at that, windows boots up just fine and I can use the pc without issue.
If I adjust voltages for overclock, windows blue screens on load and pc attempts to start the recovery process.
System fan1 and system fan2 also start showing 0 - Max rpm sporadically.
    Reformatting doesn't help.
Only thing I can think of is, I replaced the PSU a couple months ago and the mobo can't take the fresh juice.
System has been overclocked since I built it in 2013, to varying degrees of course and has survived 1 psu failure around 2015, prior to the one I just replaced.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your time in advance.
