I am going to tough it out with 22000 for a bit in order to test whatever patches come down to address this. I noted that the biggest slowdowns come from Ryzen 2000 series cpu's. With my 3600, I haven't seen too much latency issues, other than with streaming audio and the occasional BRRRT. My gaming isn't affected much at all, but I game at 4K so I am generally GPU bound. EDIT: found some devices (HDMI audio) were not enabled with MSI, and these are known latency hogs when they are using default settings. Forgot to check with MSI_Tool after installing 11.
