Try undervolting and underclocking little your GPU because of 30 series voltage spikes, maybe its unstable at stock clocks, if its stable after undervolting, either RMA it or continue using it as it is, as RMA from Gigabyte might not be an easy task at all.

Have you tried the new memory in the other 2 slots. Also try optimized defaults in the bios. Don't enable XMP. Just run it at the jdec timings of 2133.

Once we reach page 20, every single component will have been replaced except the graphics card...

Yes. I did all defaults in BIOS. Will try different slots.

One more question. I do not want to break GURU3D rules but can you guys recommend me any Computer shop in Toronto, Canada so I could take my GPU to test. If someone knows please send me PM or something.
    Thank you in advance.

either the cpu is bad, or the mainboard has a trace level defect for the memory pcb routing.

Graphics card is unlikely to result in memory management bsods.

Basically needs cheap cpu, mainboard an see if the problem persists.

Thank you guys. I was planning to upgrade anyway. I guess I will have to do it sooner. I just really want to rule out the GPU. If it is ok I would concentrate on my new build.
What bothers me most that my system passed all possible stress test for CPU, Memory and GPU. Not a single crash or error anywhere.

    Unless it's a VRAM problem.

The Disk could also be the issue.

Doing right now. I am trying to choose some good one since I can use it for my next build anyway.

video memory doesn't invoke memory management bsods, you'd see dxkern or dx related bsods instead.

There are a lot of assumptions there... I'll check back in once the entire system has been replaced!

After all these suggestions, some of which I doubt have been tried, we are just going round in circles.
There's no answers here except for replacing parts one at a time.
It feels like one of those customer calls that you know that with the machine on the bench this would have been sorted last week.

Actually I tried all suggestions so far. But you are right. It is taking too long now. I will try and find a place where I can check my GPU. Thank you for all your help anyway.

Yeah. I thought it was my overclock so when I got new GPU I put everything at stock. I am getting new SSD now and in November will get new mobo and CPU. Hopefully it will solve my problems. It is so random. Today I played Metro Exodus for 2 hours and not a single crash. So switched to BF5 and got crash in 1 hour and a half. Also I put my RAM into other two slots. Before I filled A1 and B1 and today I put into C1 and D1.
One more question. Will DDR4 compatible with Amber Lake or I will need new RAM also?

Not to be picky, but you should stick to the manual, especially when troubleshooting. Only deviate from the manual to test out parts, only if you know what you are doing, and always replace parts back in their correct positions if that troubleshooting has no effect so as not to create a compound effect.
Neither of the memory configurations you state seem to be pictured in the X99-A manual on the Asus website.

Please tell us that previously all 4 sticks were in their correct slots.

My four was in A1 B1 C1 D1. After I got new sticks I tried them first in A1 B1. Only yesterday I tried C1 D1 configuration to check maybe A1 and B1 slots were not working properly.
Also not sure if it is important but that manual is for X99-A 3.1USB. But my board is regular X99-A only.
