In other games i have 99% usage. Only in Metro now i have 55% usage 60fps . Few days ago i had 95% usage and 100fps.
Ok it working. A bit of messing about and it seems to be the crap epic overlay. Re-naming the exe in epic folder file seems to work , Now i have 95% gpu usage. Weird.
Well, I have just started a fresh campaign. I see the game is at version 7 now. I remember when I fist got the game it ran like Cyberpunk2077. Carp. I am really pleased that now I can run the game @ Ultra at 60fps on my rig. Looks like 4A have done some serious optimising and good of them.
Cool video. Although he makes a few mistakes regarding revolvers and medieval crossbows. I liked that he talked a bit about the story about the operator on a rooftop in Iraq, firing his gun without a suppressor in the dark, and becoming the target for all insurgents in the area. That's a real event that speaks volumes for why suppressors are more important for visual signature, than for sound signature.
I remember this game requires a 8gb vram card to run nicely at 60 fps, gtx 970 wasn t even hitting 60 fps at 1080p
Then it is a great game, just not for your rig. I found only one steady crush place (in original edition) - throwing coal into the furnace (on train).
found a fix, by disabling hairworks, physx and tesselation so im not sure which one causes it and will do some more checking. Hopefully its only 1 of them and not the three
