    I'm not using any sort of dns. And i have no idea what do i earn by using that.
    All i want is i some better ping for my games. Because on speeedtest i get 14 ping and on game 60. Is that ok?

    According to dnsbench, cloudflare was the fastest for me. That's why i'm using.

    I just using spectrums DNS servers now, I not even sure there new AX6 Router even support changing DNS even though it has the options, the router only support changing SSID Name/Pass and Static ip address and chaning the name of devices. other then option of chaning DNS servers.

    For most devices this is fine, if need be I change DNS on the device it self now I use to use OpenDNS long 10+ years ago cause I was blocking thing VIA there DNS block had no performance hit verse doing on routers
