No no. Not new, but the seller comes with a 2 month warranty. Sound seller to be fair. If this doesnt work out, im going to go with Electromy. German based and pay abit more but provide 1-2 year warranties and their support is excellent.
Just a thought, is the actual outlet you are plugging into an issue? Did the breaker trip? Have had one leg of an outlet burn off which renders the source "dead". Good Luck..
Something i dont really expierence, not in this area of the UK but its rule for thought, at least for my old retro PCs. Irony is i normally do but just this one time i didnt. Could be because it uses an older PSU rather than a new one....
Well...... Got a replacement motherboard through from the seller, cannot recommend them enough to be fair. First thing, i noticed the North Bridge cooler had a "aftermarket" solution. They had cut the heatsink to get it to fit and even bent and pushed some of the caps....... Powered up first time, went into BIOS, changing time etc and then switches off. Now it wont post, it powers up but no POST or even bleep codes..... I must be a bad luck omen or something. I have tried everything, multiple CPU's, Memory, GFX and PSU. Even left the power off and CMOS clearing for an hour and still no luck. Powers up, just not post or boot error bleeps. I now have resorted to just calling it a day and putting up with less PCI on my AsRock board, although it is stable as anything......
