We have a nasty alcohol culture here in uk, lots of violence and heartbreak, sooner they make Bob Marley legal the better. I'd love to have a local coffee shop, i wouldn't be out it i'd be Mr. Social all of a sudden LOL. Not into pubs, to much violence and idiocy.
I'm with you on that. Always hated our alcohol/ pub culture in the UK and has been a contributing factor of going off alcohol also hangovers are the worst in your 30's. I only started drinking when I was 20, which in the UK is really unusual plus the amount of violence I've seen on the streets (from Manchester) due to people being drunk has become worse as time has gone on. Just a few MJ's for me and a quiet night is all I'm about these days.

Last time i was in Amsterdam i tried psilocybin mushrooms, mostly just micro-dosed them but they were much better than regular 'mushies'.(i remember having a lovely warm feeling in belly) I imagine some day i'll get hold of DMT (i could try get some now but it's kinda expensive), i'd also like to try 'the toad'. Had incredible experiences with salvia divinorum too. Tho imo nothing beats weed, best trip of my life was actually on weed, Blueberry Fire and waw was it fire! Weed is very versatile and these days all kinds of products can be found. My favs are distillates and wax. C B D wax is pretty good also. *In Amsterdam they have mushroom shops as well as cannabis cafes.
Im a daily smoker and i take psychedelics few times a year. That is all. Avoiding alchemy and other crap.
I quit smoking long ago. Hadnt done psychedelics in a long time, mostly in my younger days would do shrooms. Although tried LSD, prefer shrooms as the trip is much shorter. Listening to music with your eyes closed is very immersive and love the audio-visual effects.
Yeah in my younger years I dabbled with LSD, wonderful and potent stuff but takes it out of you plus the idea of a 12 hour trip is less appealing as you get older. That type of time commitment for anything is a lot. I still do MDMA once a year with a select group of people that I trust myself to trip with but I've only got a few trips left in me.
