Nah. Not even prime numbers. Looks fake like this.

Still can't wrap my head around this. This dude obviously invests a lot of time and effort to smuggle products so he can save on $2k, or maybe $3k (as in import taxes), but flashes out $100k to get that number of CPUs in the first place?
Is such a small saving actually worth the hassle if one's reselling 256+ CPUs? Is the margin so small he makes seriously more money like that?
Would these CPUs not be available normally anyway? Isn't HK a high income area, so shouldn't that bit of money not be much of an issue here?

I mean, people do weird things, but I don't know, this sounds about as credible as if somebody told me they'd try to smuggle drugs into a country that's manufacturing and selling drugs as a legal commodity.

Even better would be all the other guys watching and then yelling:" GPUS! That guy has real GPUs on him! Get him!!!"

2021, where instead of smuggling drugs we smuggle processors. Although they're too sharp to go into balloons...

I would have paid some artist to create an authentic art piece composed with CPU without detroying them, get a invoice from him and the art piece for a cheap price and that it you can transport a cheap piece of art composed for 256 CPU. Declare your cheap piece of art and pay your taxes

Most likely stolen or contraband chips bound for Ebay.

Would make sense, trying to sell them from outside China is the best way to avoid people omitting items located in China.

Interesting. It's normally from HK into China. Smuggling is a huge business with many individuals doing it. Sometimes multiple trips a day.

For those of you wondering why:
It was a test run to see if he could get away with GPUs.
