The atmosphere is top notch, but the character movement and animations are somewhat not on par with for example cod warzone, battlefield 5 ...
The face animations are great one of the best i've seen. It blows my mind knowing its gonna be a big open world game of this quality.
It doesn't look that interesting to me. STALKER games were about awesome visuals, slow gameplay and atmosphere. Judging by this trailer, visuals are in "early PS4 game" category and gunplay seems overly simplified/boring. I won't judge the atmosphere yet, but I didn't see anything worth mentioning.
added to my wish-list, looks promising. still far away, but i think it's time to consider a new PC\GPU when entering 2022, i think price inflation will last for a good while anyways. hope they will keep the same atmosphere as the originals.
i don't think Bitcoin is the only source. price inflation is related to a super-high, continuing demand. companies like TSMC are at full capacity, so the short-medium term shortage isn't catching up with the high demand as of this moment. if this thing will end by the end 2021.. great. i feel it's going to last even in 2022, and maybe some leftovers in 2023. sure hope im wrong about it.
Have you heard about downgrading? Trailer looks like CoD/Metro mix, and i don't like it. Other thing that is ridiculous is system requirements.
No sure why, but not 100% convinced by the character models, but other than that it's visually very good and I like the atmosphere. Will watch it again on a larger screen later though. Just had a peek at the system requirements and they are pretty high, but not having to spend time optimising for older hardware means a better experience for everyone else.
Same were. Getting too much of a Metro vibe. Metro games are a simplification of STALKER, and when STALKER games look like METRO, that is not good. But what i liked most was the claustrophobia of open spaces and the amazing atmosphere , and those are yet to be seen. Not optimistic tough.
RECOMMENDED: OS: Windows 10 Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X / Intel Core i7-9700K Memory: 16 GB RAM Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB Storage: 150 GB available space Additional Notes: SSD Oh damn, those are some high spec requirements espeically for the the CPU and 150GB SIZE???? WTF??? For a single player only game...... Holy cheese balls!!!!
damn those are high specs, but it's a year away so idk.. my CPU\GPU will probably stutter in this one.
Hopefuly more of us will able to get the 6800xt like yours or even 6700xt until game is released. Then to enjoy the game at highest visuals.
If it's basically the original game(s) with better graphics that's good enough for me. The first titles were some of the best games in my memory, never seen nothing like them before and not much like them after.
If this game turns out well, I might have to splurge on whatever gpu is top-dog at the time. Last time I did that was when SOC was released.
