Also both CPU_LED and RAM_LED turn red on the mainboard, when the PC is shut down. It doesn't matter if anything is plugged in into the PCI-E card. I normally wanted to try to use it for the mouse. Also, I didn't plug anything to the card for the power - it works without any cable. If I wanted to try, what kind of cable would I need? Thanks.

@Astyanax I just checked again and every "WakeOn..." setting is disabled, even if the PCI-E card is plugged in Edit: Fast Startup is also disabled if you were wondering.
