In MPT I use the following:
    • Power Limit - 340W
    • TDC Limit GFX - 280A
    • TDC Limite SoC - 55A
I personally don't undervolt my card. In Wattman I have the power limit slider maxed out. RAM is set to 2150MHz and using the "Faster" timing setting. Core clock is set to 2780Mhz.

Those are some great numbers for 6800 XT if those are 24/7 stable clocks. The max I could get on my stable clocks for my reference 6900XT is 11148 in Port Royal. With Metro Exodus, I used to get around the same output as you but saw a decrease in recent days. Don't know if it is because of the driver, windows, or game updates.

Edited: Just checked Metro with the latest drives and now I am getting slightly better performance. AMD has been on a roll with drivers recently.

Yup 100% stable. Won the silicon lottery with this card I think. I have wattman set at 2780MHz. Any higher and I lose stability. I just wish I could push voltage just a tiny bit to etch out those last 20Mhz lol.

Good. I can eke out 25-30 Mhz more but I always go for slightly lower clocks for 24/7 operation than what is possible. So I guess 2680MHz could work for me but I have a reference cooler as well so I am okay with 2650MHz for now. I feel lucky given many can't get stable clocks of 2500MHz plus on RX 6900 XTs.

Has anyone tried this Ray Tracing benchmark ART Mark . Absolutely tortures GPUs for RT, though something funny is going on with it wherein an RTX 3060Ti beats RX 6900 XT without Ray Tracing enabled.

I just copied the liquid devil ultimate bios settings to my 6800 xt. 4ghz limit lol. Gave it 40% power limit from 303 watts reference limit. 1200mV voltage limit.

    Now I just need ln2

I want to see how that 1200mv works for you. We have seen the impact of other things already.

Alright, apparently it doesn't work or something? The ability to set the slider to 1200mV is there, so why hasn't anyone done it?

I believe it is the hard limit set by AMD and no Third-party manufacturer is offering any upgrade for voltages as per my knowledge.

I'll test right now and report GPU-Z

Edit - testing so far is not in my favor. 1200mV in Radeon CP is actually whatever clock scaling algorithms decide it to be in actuality.

Anything above 2799 Mhz core max resets clocks to 500Mhz

If I can find a subsystem ID that matches reference I'd be able to flash to that.

So did GPU-Z max voltage showed 1200mv or not?

    Highest was 1.018v at ~2500mhz

Well, that means that you are at least getting good power savings.

    You're a funny guy. I'll continue testing.

    Settled on:

    25 power limit percent
    303 stock wattage limit
    320 TDC limit gfx
700 watt min voltage (for eth mining)
    2798 gfx maximum mhz

I haven't been able to successfully increase voltage using MPT. The people who I have seen flash the bios ended up with a bricked card, or a card stuck at 500MHz.

I am usually always on the latest driver. Right now I am using 21.5.2. Not sure if it matter but I am also on 21H1.

Well looks like I have maxed out at 2475-2575 @ 1150mV. Temps max at 59c and I've seen the highest wattage at 335 in test 2 of timespy.

Also power limit resets at 15% similar to top mhz. This is definitely the drivers. I can't test higher but if I could I would try force flashing 2800mhz on it.

You can also try Quake II RTX at 4K, that should report even higher wattage :) and since it use raytracing you may find that your maximum GPU frequency in games without RT you use may need to be lower in RT games :)

That's true. I hit 351 watts in Warcraft III 4K

I'm back at my place today. Want to try to play with MPT but I have a question. Do I need to flash the BIOS with RBE? Or just extract the BIOS with GPU-Z and then open up MPT and do the changes and write SPPT?
