According to the latest changelog and info that I've received from ATVI support staff, this issue has been fixed by the client-side patch released on the 13th of May.

Also, I can confirm that crashing is no longer an issue on either 466.27 and 466.47.
Driver ver. 466.27 was tested on both RTX 2060 and GTX 1070 for 4 hours straight, exclusively on Outbreak zombies mode.

I dont know if this would even matter to nVidia or anyone.

But for about 3-5 yrs the game I play the most has been experiencing game crashes like no other.

    9Dragons Awakens

Would love to see if anyone would be interested in installing the game to better help me and many others see whats going on. If its related to drivers or the game itself.

If I get a crash, I can post my EoD (Crash logs) here and see if anyone can help determine the issue.

These are very old post but the issues still persist and we have no idea on wtf is going on and why its happening. I have now installed to 470.05 drivers and I have not had as many crashes, but they still happen at the worst times.

Large address aware patch the game exe and use dxvk or dgvoodoo

This driver seemingly fixed a couple of issues with my 8K TV +4K Monitor setup.
Scaling issues seem fixed and at least Days Gone didnt crash the system running in 4k.

    Re: WoW Flickering.

This driver includes a workaround that will minimize the flickering, the engineers are testing a final long term fix at the moment that is showing promising results.

The Fix being tested does not stop all flickering, there is some that is present on Radeon cards and looks to be client side (potentially the overlay instigated hud flicker?)

We have a fix in our next driver branch that addresses one of the issues that would result in random flicker. We are also working with Blizzard to solve other reports of flicker in the game.

Awful drivers for Warzone again, this time however it's stuttering, but yet again Sharpen is broken and Geforce Experience has to be used. Whereas in the Nvidia 457.51 setting Sharpen in the Nvidia control panel works fine! Going back to 457.51 drivers and all is well. Think I'll stay on them from now on :(

I really hate the 46x drivers!

Just installed this, and now everything (such as Nvidia's own control panel and HWInfo) tells me the installed driver is 456.71?? Previous installed version was 466.27

Minor change in ReBAR enabled games in this one (or was it in .27?): Watch Dogs Legion (which had some issues with frametimes) was swapped for MEEE.

    The list for 466.47 is:
    1. Assassin's Creed Valhalla
    2. Battlefield V
    3. Borderlands 3
    4. Control
    5. Cyberpunk 2077
    6. Death Stranding
    7. DiRT 5
    8. F1 2020 - DX12
    9. Forza Horizon 4
    10. Gears of War 5
    11. Godfall
    12. Hitman 2
    13. Hitman 3
    14. Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition
    15. Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition
    16. Metro: Exodus
    17. Red Dead Redemption 2

It's like they can't have more than 17. Also didn't Hardware Unboxed basically price that the setting is basically working for all drivers none the less?

More likely that there are not a lot of games which show any kind of gains from ReBAR.

No. What they have shown is that the system behaves differently when you have ReBAR enabled in motherboard BIOS and this may lead to some fps loss/gain even in games which are prevented from seeing whole VRAM by the driver.

Hijacked by Windows Update I would imagine. Always disconnect internet completely before changing drivers of any kind, because...Windows 10 sucks.

with rebar on, anything not in the white list gets a BAR configured to 256MB.

Keep in mind, wow never flickers just after a driver update, its only once optimized shaders have been generated.

    Hi,

    i have a generic question.

DX12 does not support exclusive fullscreen.
When setting G-Sync to fullscreen only mode, will it still work for games running in DX12 + borderless fullscreen?
Why do some DX12 Games have options for fullscreen and borderless fullscreen when there actually is no exclusive fullscreen for DX12?

Nvidia control panel not opening after installing 466.47 in windows 10
I tried removing and re installing the driver as well as nvidia control panel but still not opening.

Hmn.. those drivers are still causing video driver crashes with older games/apps/launchers, BUT I just tried latest studio drivers.
I was sceptical but guess what.. no crashes at all with studio drivers! I got a little slower scores with studio drivers, but I gained stability.
