Call of Duty Modern Warfare

I'd love to help, but I'm really clueless currently.

I'd test the system for stability, not only 3D but also core stability (CPU/RAM). Then you could try another game and check different resolutions for stability, temperatures or something alike. Maybe there's a pattern.

 

I have no problem in any other game...i play cs go at 1080p 4x msaa, and pes 2021 1080p high settings, this game uses a lot of ressources but no problem, i did memory diagnostic check in windows, no problem with the ram sticks, i checked all the reports..

 

ok so there s definitely something not logical here, now game is crashing at 768p....i don t really know what s going on....

Unsupported hardware? Audio through GPU or something like that?

 

CS Go is a ten year old game which runs on a potato PC. COD is designed to run on modern hardware.

 

So, what could this mean?

 

I don t think gtx 1070 and 16gb crucial ballistix 2400mhz are by any means old...for a system that runs bf5 perfectly at 130 fps, why wouldn t cod mw run the same is a million dollar question

 

If you are struggling to run the latest COD at 720p then it's probably something to do with the CPU/GPU.

gtx 1070 8gb ram...

 

Somethings f***ed but hard to say what. I was able to get a solid 60 fps in Warzone last time I played and that was with an old i5 4690k and gtx 970 with 16 gigs of ddr3 after adjusting settings.

Could it be a psu issue? I have corsair cx550, maybe it s not enough anymore ? And maybe upgrade my ram to 3200??

 

Are you using any modified or " clean " drivers?

 

I'd doubt it. Especially as a PSU issue would show differently. You wouldn't end up with a software error but simply something like a blue screen (instability) or the system turning off (overload).
I've had the latter with an older passive PSU that would turn off the whole machine at a certain load, I was even able to reproduce it perfectly.

Have you tried fooling the system with DLSS, as the latest update features?

With 8GB of RAM, full HD? No. Not unless he's running DSR.

As long as the shadow caching is turned off, VRAM consumption isn't too spectacular (not great either, though).

 

1080p never had issues before, ever since season 2 can t run the game at 1080p
It s either dev error 6068 or crash to desktop without any msg

 

Clean install of drivers, latest one

 

i noticed im getting the freeze/ crash when i start shooting at someone, or when i jump from the plane, when im playing this game at 1080p.
these stuff don t happen when i set resolution to 720p

 

GPU. Is it overclocked?
