Resizable Bar?

Install Aorus Engine. Open it up. Go to Settings -> VGA. There you will find your VBIOS Version in "F-Style" from there on follow the Instructions at the Gigabyte Homepage for your Card.

The purpose might be that there are different branches. You will have to upgrade from the branch of your Card.

There are card revisions which shipped with F10 and F20 VBIOSes. These are upgrades for these revisions.

 

I used the latest NVFLASH --version. It looks like I have F1 version

The link to Inno3d leads to how to update but there's no update from them also they tell you to get Nvidia BAR Firmware but when i run it i get "GeForce RTX 3090 Unsupported by this tool, contact card vendor" refers back to Inno ?

nvidia would have received the link from Zotac engineers, support staff rarely have any contact with them apartt from pushing feedback up the line.

 

I was skeptical about buying Zotac, but they were the only ones in stock (now I probably know why).

We are probably waiting for someone to go an click a button to make it available...

This is not exactly a smooth rollout, but it is hard to know who is to blame (Nvidia or board partners).

Just got an e-mail reply to a Zotac support request claiming it should be out later today.

Any news on Inno3d ?

 

Updated my 3090 strix oc, bios is ready for ReBar (2004 on my XII Formula). Although i will wait some days to enable ReBar in bios.

 

For GIGABYTE cards owners - if you are unable to update your BIOS because of Unable To Get the Current BIOS Version error then upack the correct zip file (password buildforge) and run the unpacked updater directly.

 

A heads up to asrock z370/z390 owners, the bios has been causing issues with cutting out video with the combination of REBAR been enabled in both gpu and bios, Asrock have pulled the bios (and hopefully are making a fixed one).

If you are hit with the issue you will either need to do.

1 - cmos reset (which disables CAM (rebar)) again.
2 - Or remove nvidia GPU, use iGPU, disable CAM in bios, then can use Nvidia GPU again.

Also a note to zen+ owners are able to enable sam with 2700x but not on a gigabyte motherboards becouse they are assholes and locked it so it wont show up in the bios.

 

In order to see these values on all profiles you have to press button of magnifying glass with two cogs
