Here you go guys new Nvidia 470.05 drivers from insider preview build

This isn't a good repack, you've grabbed it from the driverstore instead of repacking the softwaredistribution cabinet, so its missing the majority of infs usually supported in an insider release.

For example its missing nvlei.inf so it won't install on MSI OEM gpu's.

i am running insiders build and i didn't grab them from anywhere else, its from my windows redistribution folder itself as i always upload drivers here, maybe others who install from these can shine some views if they too are having troubles, if so i am sorry.

The Mesh shaders performance is comparable to 465.42 now unlike 465.51 which had a drastic decrease in fps, aslo variable rate shaders seems to be handling well in these drivers too, too bad i didn't grab any screenshots of the test, later on i will update when i am free.

 

my bad then, usually the ones i've gotten from WU have included all the oem infs as well, might have to wait for the equivalent WSL driver to get those.

 

nice jump in numbers, installing..

 

this version greatly improved the performance on the Assetto Corsa, before the test was stuck at 60Fps, now it has risen by an average of 111fps, thanks for share!! GTX1070SC + i7 3770

 

Ok here are the test results of Mesh shaders and Variable rate shaders as promised

As you can see the performance jump is quite large, should test real world games to confirm if it as benificial as these results.

 

With these tests... Are you running a build of Windows with support for WDDM 3.0?

I do experience the same with AC 1.16.3. Large gain in FPS (TBH, I'm running V-Sync, but feels a LOT smoother )
I now can even retain 4xSGSSAA whereas previously this was not possible (lower than 60FPS with field of say 20+ cars)
Am on GTX 1060 6G - Win10 Insider 19043.844 fully updated.

AC settings below. May I ask yours? Might learn something from you or vice versa.

 

I tried them in Destiny2 and somehow it has similar fps drop in heavy fights like 461.8x, 465.42 didnt have them so pronounced.

Will test moon again, there i see the most consistent picture
