Days Gone

I wouldn't mind MGS4, never finished it on the PS3 and when I went back to it years later I struggled with 720/30.

Last of Us and Uncharted as well, never had an interest in God of War.

 

Naughty Dogs' games would be my only interest.
I do not like the MGS series. Any of them. I do not like Kojima's "story telling" or style.

The Last of Us on PC ? i don't see it. same thing for God of War. those are two games iv completed and i don't believe those titles will see a PC port, even if it makes sense financially. TLOU both parts as i said in other topic is a GOAT-level written games in my opinion.

Days Gone looks interesting. will follow.

 

There's a guy on Neogaf with inside connections, he knew about Horizon before it was announced. And he was right that more titles would follow. Today he hinted at God of War, The Last of Us, Spider-Man, Uncharted The Lost Legacy and Gran Turismo. So I believe it.

 

SONY are bringing titles to PC that they feel will sell.
Why wouldn't they go after titles from one of their top studios. Naughty Dogs' games would be a perfect match for PC.

I found days gone to be much more fun than I was expecting on PS5. maybe cause it had the upgrades like 4k/60fps rather than 1080p not quite 30fps.

Repetitive sort of, but each side mission had some actual plot more than "get x of this", "thanks for getting x of this". As far as I know I completed all the map marker missions and each of them were actually quite well done. So I skipped on some of the optional stuff, like hordes.

Main issue was, main character mumbling under his breath all the time even near enemies, shouting when other characters don't shout, weird inconsistency around killing humans.

There's actual character development, though weirdly paced. Some strange repetition in the voice acting, like it's the first time i've heard on an event even though i've heard of it for 5 hours now.

I feel the game gets more focused as it gets past around a third/half of the game in terms of its story and dialogue bugs.

 

well, i don't. if those title are coming to PC - great, il be thrilled. Horizon came out in 2017, meaning it was somehow talked about\planned for a PC release.

time will tell.

 

God of War and Ghost of Tsushima are in line for PC ports. Not officially yet, just a rumour.

Why buy a ps5 this days when you get all their exclusives on the pc?

 

That's a good question. Probably because Sony is making sequels to those games for the PS5.

 

Pretty much this, they already confirmed their intent with HZD where there's no word that HZD2 will be on PC at all.
They're throwing out games that already do not monetize on PS to PC to squeeze more life out of existing product, in the end porting is much cheaper than making a new game from ground up.

So you will get HZD, Days gone and all of the shizz but if you want HZD2, DG2 or whatever you'll have to get PS5 or wait another ~10 years for cycle to repeat.

 

Bring on the PS ports, I welcome it.

 

Added to wishlist, hope its as good as HZD.

 

Uncharted Collection is nice, hope Last of Us collection follows.

 

I just want Bloodborne. I would sacrifice to Azatoth, but it would be pointless.

Oh god there is someone else!!!! I can not stand those games, I find the writing to be some of the worst dialogue I have ever heard in a movie or game. The acting also is piss poor, couple that in with a tedious and boring stealth game and you have one of, if not the, most overrated game series in history.

I think Uncharted Quadrilogy would be awesome on PC!

I think Killzone would do quite well also, maybe bring the entire series in the same quadrilogy form. But I suspect these would take more dev time, they would seriously need to add in an FOV slider as these games used a TINY fov, which would also require reworking of the guns models and arms more than likely.

Infamous would also be great, I loved Infamous 2 and never got to play Second Son. Maybe Resistance series would be a good fit as well. Boggles my mind why they haven't already done their fps games for PC. It's like the best possible fit for the platform.
