Is WDDM and DX ever going to stabilize?

For anyone that had issues with flickering in the top section of your monitor, these drivers have a fix for that

So maybe they are preparing to release another driver to replace this one. I noticed they like to release those on Fridays

What's the reported active WDDM version with this driver and 21H1 (19043.844 beta), 2.8?

Also, did anyone else notice DX12U disappearing from dxdiag?
I saw it appearing a while back (when it got introduced) then it disappeared. Upgrading from 19042 to 19043 (or moving with the regular WHQL driver releases) haven't bring it back yet.
I assumed this was normal (MS removed it after it became mainline) but I still see it on fresh screenshots of others. Was it removed for release/preview channels but kept for dev channels?

Stabilize what? Do you even know what those two are?

Who told you DEV channels combined or not with DEV drivers, are for gaming purposes? Really you're searching or asking for ideas? As a start I'd say format and reinstall Windows. You ought to learn what development means, the hard way, sometimes. I've been there. Everyone's been.

I know that ve been in that too previous wanted to test myself WDDM 3.0 and combined with Dev drivers the result besides the Windows Store games is excellent so far. Thats why I am staying for now. Also was just asking here for any idea / help , not so bad thing to do I believe
Yep I am aware of that, removed it and let windows download again the 465.42 but got same results. However Minecraft does play without any issues .

Personally, I always suggest to my customers or co-workers to stay Release Preview, Delta or Beta channels. Dev and Alpha/Alpha Skip Ahead rings are disaster. Try staying one level below and wait patiently, you should never probably encounter serious issues. Microsoft is improved by the years.

If it happens only when the monitor is set to 144hz (and everything is fine, when set to 120hz), check the global settings for VSync, afaik it was the culprit at least in my case.
