Anyone else noticed random crashings in metro exodus while using dx12 and rtx i get a log from the game that my game crashed its completely random no issues under dx11 i have to say i did not had this problem with my old gtx 1080 ti.
I get only one (but steady) crash - on the train if I decide to help Idiot to throw coal into the furnace.
Just tested it again with minus 55 core clock now i didnt crash played for 1 hour or so, i hope nvidia can fix this. Is there no vbios update for the gaming x trio ? I dont want to use afterburner all the time.
True but i still think this is a 3080 3090 issue. I dont mind if nvidia made another driver that puts core clock stock on 1900 [rtx 3080] and be done with it Without the minus 50 core clock my clock can go as high as 1995 i dont like that, 1900 with the boost should be perfect and not higher. Even after the drivers updates metro exodus is still crashing on me with out of the box settings thats just weird lol.
I stopped playing the game due to other games but I'll get back to it soon. Sucks that it doesn't work even with undervolt or stock!
Yeah RTX is beatifull in this game but the random crashings in dx12 are destroying my gameplay experience, i just use dx11 for now i gues. I have everything @ stock and dx12 still crashes from time to time like wtf.
The AI is terrible. Either they cover with their head out, running kamikaze style, or just stay still. It´s like fishes in a barrel.
guys , i want to ask, even though out of topic, how do i know if freesync is working on my LG24gm79b monitor? i have enabled gsync in nvidia control panel, but how do i know in game if it s working or not?
Disable vsync and limit your framerate few hz below refresh rate. You'll clearly see if there is a tearing on the screen if it does not work.
