Oled pro for extra sales. Ignorant buyers will believe they are gonna avoid burn in because it's an oled "pro" monitor for pc.

Since they haven't shown any input specs i'm guessing this is one of those 'Pro Art' monitors with 60Hz and no HDMI 2.1.

It's about time! Though, where are the all the sizes/ultrawide options? Seems crazy not to launch a full line of options. 4k @ 60hz 32" OLED is great if the price is right but so many more possibilities than this.

Since the pricing of "gaming" monitors as of late has been generally outrageous, I am expecting this to follow trends sadly.

As someone that has an lg oled b8 55 inch as a main monitor for more than a year now, if you
don't pop a can of beer and watch cbn for the rest of your days, you'll be fine. Most game UIs
are dynamic(moving), or can be made transparent or already are transparent because the devs probably
had oleds in mind whilst making them. Mobas like dota/lol are definitely a no go however. I've done more than 3k hours on this TV and there's not
a single sign of burn in, and I've had a lot of static things with hours on end being displayed on it.

I don't know what kind of a special human being it takes to burn these panels, but its definitely not
as easy as people say. But you need to own one and try it for yourself, otherwise you'd be stuck
commenting the same thing you always will until microleds come along.

Just buy a 48" and figure out how you'll manage with the size, saving you £2500

it only has to do 120hz VRR and match or beat the CX48 in price to eradicate the "high end" monitor market

I have plenty of horror games I refuse to play on anything else than oled don't know when but I'll get an oled monitor one day...4K is annoying tough
if it had the same scalers than current LG TVs have (old movies in 1080p look amazing if you raise the sharpness) I would insta buy but I doubt they have those, current tvs have 10x more features and picture quality than monitors they even have a better working black frame insertion

Most TVs do not work at 4:4:4 which makes text reading on the telly not very comfortable.
About 32" is just what I want. But it won't do if it is mere 60hz

    Overrrrrblowwnnnnnn worrryyyyy.

Now, not talking about overblown worries (yes, i have an OLED TV, i use it all the time, obviously, it can be an issue, it hasn't so far, and i usually use it for gaming, with static sections all time, and have had for about 4, maybe more years now), i'm interested what the frequency is. If it's 120/144, i'll be seriously interested.

It's what Samsung says to push LG aside. Hence why they also came up with 'QLED'. Hilarious.

Got an LG OLED for 2 years now and it's awesome. RDR2 looked funtastic on it (PS4 version).

Possible. But would be a silly move to only have 60hz models and not higher. Given the market is already flooded with good IPS monitors with 120hz+ and above refresh rates with equally good color reproduction, including those from LG's own lineups.
