Sure? My 3060 Ti FE crashed with this settings.

Yes, check the link validation. Aorus should have in theory a better thermals implementation than the FE, or just got a lucky sample which doesnt require that much juice. Also I have no custom fan curve, left it default.

Ended up managing to get a Gigabyte RTX 3060 Ti Gaming OC Pro after trying for an RX 6800 XT and watching them disappear in 10 seconds.
Bought an EVGA RTX 2060 KO Ultra from their B-Stock a week ago thinking i wasn't going to get anything better for a while, so that's going to my brother who is still on a GTX 980 @1440p/144hz

Hoping this will get me through 2-3 years on my LG CX 48 OLED, just wanted to get away from the finicky Club3D CAC-1085 adapter.
Time to sell the old 980 and 1660.

Edit: got an rtx 3070 ti and sold the 3060 ti

Edit Edit 2 weeks later: got an rtx 3080 ti and sold the 3070 ti

Finally got my second RAM kit. First one was defective. Running four single rank kits increased CPU score a lot. Driver settings weren't 100% optimal for benchmarking but anyway, over 1K more for CPU score.

I don't belong in this club by any stretch of imagination. I got 1660 Super. Nonetheless, I totally agree with OP. This time around, 3060TI and below only ( single 3060 ) in case I was out for GPU.

I don't use HDDs since Samsung 830 came out. Went crazy and loved them so much that afterwards I bought 840/850 and lastly 860. Currently I only use 2 NVME 970 EVO Plus and couldn't be happier. 2x512GB. Now I'll order one 970 EVO Plus 1TB as second drive and store my second 512GB in case something goes wrong. All these on my best M/B I've ever had. Gigabyte Aorus Pro. Felt in love with it, too. Extremely solid M/B.

To tell you the truth, response times from 860 to 970 EVO Plus didn't notice difference, but the games sure install and load faster and as a bonus, you get rid of more cables inside the tower. Apologize for the off-topic. Back to what you're were talking about.

P.S. But as you know or you will find out when your reach the age of 30+, Gaming time fells almost 75% in the vast majority of cases at least. I just keep buying Hardware as a hobby and because I love them since my first 486 DXII @80Mhz.

I just bought Palit Dual 3060 Ti non OC version, the cheapest one.
Undervolted it to 0.85V, GPU 1890Mhz, MEM 8000Mhz. So, it's pretty good, less noise, cooler and uses about 20-40W less. :D
Also am using a 1080p/60 monitor, so I should be settled for a few years now. ;)

EDIT: Wow, all your temps are great. Mine with the UV maxes at around 71-72 degrees, and fan RPM is 2000, which is pretty much louder than the MSI GTX 970 Gaming that I had till now.
Before UV it was 76 degrees @ 2,4k RPM. :(

Was able to grab a 3060 ti surprisingly easy. Just found a store that said they would have stock coming this week, put in the order on Christmas eve and now it's on the way. Should be here by Tuesday at the latest.
I got a Zotac Twin OC because for some reason it was cheaper than the non OC version. Since then they've added 50 euros to the price so lucky me I guess.

I know it's gotten some less than excited reviews because of the trash cooler but I plan to mod a G12 on it so I don't really care. It also has a 225w power limit unlike the other cheapo cards that are locked to 200w. So at least I get full use of the single 8pin.
Overclocked it's only 5% worse than the Strix OC version that costs a stupid 200 euros more.

The card arrived today. Had to brave a snowstorm to pick it up but I couldn't wait.
One thing that struck me is just how small it is. I might be the smallest card I've owned since maybe the 5850.
I mean look at how short the pcb is. It stops just after the power connector. I'm slightly worried about the G12 fan not covering much of the board but we'll see when I get my paste delivered.

The best score I could manage with my 3060Ti, got it 2 weeks ago~, Gigabyte Gaming OC Pro, the max temps are like 67°C with OC, 61°C stock, or 57°C with UV, so pretty happy with the beefy cooler.

I'm not happy with my silicon lottery tho :( only 2130Mhz core and 8200Mhz mems, meanwhile the tops do 2205-2265Mhz on Core and 8500Mhz on mems :C upload_2021-1-12_23-52-45.png

Well sadly I can confirm the G12 will not fit the Zotac 3060 ti. The pcb is just too shortened.

If that 2130 is a solid gaming OC then i'd say that's a winner.
I can bench around 2080mhz but solid gaming only 2025.

The tops do 2160-2205Mhz :( So I guess it's better than something haha. On benchs I can do 2130Mhz, in games about 2085-2100Mhz.

Managed to improve my score a little, this netted me 66th place of every 3060Ti TimeSpy graphics score

You're disappointed with 2000-2100 mhz core clock? Seriously?

I do not have Watchdogs Legion, so I can't test it sadly :( but it improves my FPS on Control (Maxed, without DLSS at 1080p and MSAA disabled, RTX maxed), at stock it does 74FPS, and with this OC it does between 85-86 (15% more performance)
I mean, more than that, I'm envy of those that reach 2160+Mhz easily, for example you can see the 64th place with 2205Mhz or 62nd with 2175Mhz lol

Uhh... Prices are getting out of hand. When I bought my MSI GAMING X TRIO it was 559,90 €. Already too much but at least it has much better cooler and higher power limit than the 50 € cheaper models. Now the same card costs eyewatering 809,90 € in the same shop.
