Yeah, rolled back to previous drivers just to confirm and it's an unrelated browser build issue. Youtube videos start to tear after like 5-10 seconds in fullscreen in latest Edge dev build.

Odd, i've not tried this one, but the last three drives (*including hotfix) didnt work. once installed it went "BLACK" and restarted, windows booted to BLACK. soooo annoying. I've got a 2080ti and can't believe this bug still exists!!! my wife has a 2080ti and her's is fine! wish nvidia would figure this out.
i've had solid drivers up til the official cyberpunk driver, i'm on 457.51 as the last official reliable driver.

will try this new one but have no confidence in it however.

update: confirmed this driver is still "BROKEN" and i get the instant black screen after driver is installed. and windows boots to black screen before seeing any login screen. very frustrating.

i've got a 2080ti , asus formula XI motherboard, 32gb ram, 4K PG27UQ monitor. no issues ever til the cyberpunk driver release. :(

It’s working fine for me and looks better with hdr fix.

Off topic question, anyone know why nvidia hd audio drivers don’t allow Dolby digital plus to pass through? I have to roll back to Windows hd driver for it to work? I have hdmi pc > cx > receiver

Any reason why nvidia doesn’t support it but Windows driver does?

its not new to 3 drivers ago, 457.51 and 37 had my profile fix included so they were already worked around, nvidia thought it had fixed it finally so they removed the profile.

If you go through the thread you linked, nvidia is already tracking the regression and obtaining data.

@nevcairiel is this still working for you?

Detroit Become Human CTD issues were supposed to be fixed months ago, when I said they're not (as I still had random crashes) some NVidia trolls were upset at me lol
Now we have official confirmation, that this is still an issue. Hope it will be resolved soon with a hotfix!

We fixed this issue but the fix came after this driver was created. The fix will be in our next driver.

Can you install the new driver again and then force a crash using your keyboard as described in the FAQ below to generate a kernel memory dmp file? Unfortunately we do not have this monitor in our QA labs and so we will need this file to determine the root cause:

    https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5149

Once you have the kernel memory dmp file, roll back to a working driver and then capture a dispdiag log file which is also mentioned in the FAQ and send it to us. The email is in the FAQ. Thank you.

LG TV is blocking DTS sound. It's time to know that.

Have you up to date firmware on your monitor? https://www.overclock.net/threads/v...nc-hdr-monitor.1620061/page-155#post-27994536
See here if your display is actually affected by this:

    Interesting.

My screen suddenly went dark and monitor went into power saving mode while GPU kept flickering. Happened after installing these new drivers, but not sure if they caused this or not. Going to roll back to 460.89, just to be sure.

Did you reboot after the driver update?

    No, I never do that.

But this time since the screen didn't come back on and card kept flashing (lights on card), had to force reboot.

Right now going to do a clean install of the "Clean Version" available in the forum and see if this problem resurfaces.
