Can I get it to work.. can I heck.

    I got a Samsung G7 32" 1440p Monitor (HDR 600).

I have the top plan on Netflix, I have the monitor connected to a RTX 3070 via DisplayPort 1.4 and using an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X.

I can watch HDR on my old phone at 1080p but can not get it to work on my PC. I have tried the Netflix app and Edge but no go.

Any ideas? Is it a config issue with my system or is Netflix a big gay?

Can you game with HDR enabled? You must use latest Windows 10 version and latest drivers with HDR toggle on at display settings.

I have the same monitor, and don't really have any issues with HDR.

Did you install the latest firmware on the monitor? Its got load of issues, most of which were resolved in 1009.3

I got this from a mate, he already installed the latest. I still have flickering with G-Sync :(.

HDR works find for local files played with MPC and games like Horizon Zero Dawn.

I have just reinstalled windows since my install was a little cluttered and I still cant watch HDR on netflix. I am going to try my bro's netflix account just as a test.

Do you still get flickering with "VRR Control" turned on under System settings in the OSD?

That's a strange issue. You do have the right account for HDR correct? And try a different browser if you haven't already. Could be account issue as well I suppose.

Do you have HEVC codecs installed?

This is nothing to do with HDR BUT I have not touched the VRR setting. I do have flickering with adaptive sync at 240hz. I have yet to play around with it and see if I can get it working.

    I do, I think.

I found a "free" version to install. I might just pay the bloody 99p to M$ and try that install.
