Hello friends. As you know, the basic frequency of the GTX 1070 is 1582 MHz. When I try to overclock my video card, it gives a black screen and the computer hangs, when I restart the problem is resolved and the information is reset. This power limit that I don't understand also hangs if I increase +1, even if I increase the core frequency to +1. But when you increase the memory frequency, there is no problem. Can you please help me I'm about to get crazy.

It could be maxed-out already. Try using Nvidia Inspector, use 100% fan and go from there. If there's still problems, then, likely your gpu doesn't have much in the way of overclocking potential.

The value I increased is the power limit

Move "Fan Speed" to max first. Then adjust core speed up by 20mhz and test. If it actually works then proceed slowly, adding power-limit etc.
