yah all the profiles that were made were made there not doing anymore last i heard go foward there wont be any new profiles from my understanding or are they still making profiles or is Just legacy still there.

App update means? hotfix about the driver or OC software as Precision X or MSI Afterburner?

 

Try with one graphics card only or swap main and secondary.

Sounds like your primary card has bitten the dust.

I am getting really bad stuttering on Apex Legends, to the point I had to turn the game off: Running an EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra.
Game breaking.

 

MK11 runs fine here, DX11 or DX12, no crash.

I'm playing it DSR'd 2880x1620, but DX12 is still a gpu hog 15-20% higher gpu usage compared to DX11, funny stuff, would have thought it's the other way around.

I will just stick with DX11 and keep 60fps locked in any scenario.

 

Just installed 457.09, and have stuttering and frame drops with 2080ti/9900k. Mass Effect Andromeda,Battlefield V, Assassin's Creed Odyssey,so far. Also similar posts at official nvidia forums. People with same issues with 457. Anyone else noticed similar performance degradation with series 2xxx?

 

457.09 are keepers.

We are working with EVGA on a solution with a future Precision X1 update.

 

i've recently filled a form for control dx12, the game just freezes randomly with no error or event log (BG music still going), no matter if the gpu is oc or not, low or ultra.

 

This is what I tried last night and it worked! Finally... I'm not sure if the 2nd card bit the dust or not, still need to get it all set up. Basically made it past the black screen issue and went to bed.

Was looking forward to playing Season 7 of Apex that just dropped.
Frame skipping and 2 crashes on my first game, frame skipping on every other game with my mouse cursor feeling like its being dragged through mud.

GG Nvidia... GTX3080 literally sucks until the drivers get sorted out...

 

uninstall the mid october security update.

 

For real? Is it a Windows issue... Checking the updates I can uninstall and it doesn't have that one listed to remove...

afaik, removing a cumulative update without the supersceded packages retained will return you to 19041.1

might be a game issue vs the current drivers, apparently drivers where it used to work do not as of the crossplay patch.

456.07 are not affected

Huh, users at the end of that thread did absolutely nothing and today the game is working fine.

 

Definitely not working for me. Been really bad for days and today's update is just the same. Feels like crap playing and the stutters are often. I can't enjoy the game currently. I will try downgrading to those drivers.

 

i read further and the latest posts say it started all over again.

 

Yeah, couldn't install the suggested drivers on that forum. Installed the earliest back I could go and issue is there.
Tried disabling ultra low latency mode and NVIDIA Reflex - still there...

It's broken.
