    I expected this. I'm more wondering about 300 series boards, though, I'm 90% sure they won't support those.

    Still dreaming with support for B350. I could upgrade my 1600x to 5600 and be clear for a couple more years....

    Although tbh even a 3700 would be a significant upgrade (mostly a work pc, compilation, 3D stuff). Hope the price gets lower after the launch of 5000.

    Yeah, I was heavily considering a 3700X if Zen3 ends up being disappointing. That's pretty much the best CPU my motherboard could realistically handle (it only has a 4-pin CPU power connector) and theoretically, it's all you'd ever need to handle all games in the foreseeable future at 60FPS. I predict the 3700X will become very cheap.
