(depending on the amount of vram you have)

 

I have 16 GB of VRAM the thing is that sometimes warzone is using all 16gb and game is lagging on 14-15GB its ok, anyways thanks for your help.

You won't miss much -> Try good old trusty 20.5.1 WHQL

 

I've been micro stuttering as well, but on a RX Vega 56. Are you on a Windows Insider build? Also I noticed that the AMD overlay seems to be flaky when opening a game, so disabling that seemed to help. Also disabling virtualization in bios seemed to help as well.

I think I need to go back to a prior driver.

 

Mafia Definitive Edition really bad performance on RX580, not just low fps but laggy as hell.

 

Mafia is really heavy on the gpu just as red dead 2.

 

Mafia port has been broken from the start. There are virtually tens of threads of users complaining. IMHO drivers won't be able to solve what is broken internally on the game&engine side.

 

I edit adv_options.ini and from 0.85 changed to 0.65. I tested that for 3-4h in WARZONE. VRAM dropped from 15-16GB to 12-13GB and
the game works with no lags.

Resolution 2560x1440 Ultra settings.

Freesync also isnt working and it seems only in this game. Idk why. Thats with the 20.9.1 btw, didnt try these yet.

 

I can’t lock frames, freesync doesn’t seem to work, maybe they can fix some things here.

Mafia runs between 40-60fps maxed out 1080p on rx580. Most of the time its in 50's. It isnt that bad, there is some stuttering and ofc freesync isnt working for some reason.

 

Mafia has shitty optimization. On 3440x1440 I had hard time to get stable 60FPS, FreeSync is only working with VSync ON or windowed mode.
Anyway if you want better gameplay then 10h, I recommend to play original one. It's better

 

Freesync is not working with windowed mode and having to use vsync makes no use of freesync.

I know it does not improve performance, but, should improve frametimes and fix freesync for what I could gather online.

 

If you framecap just under your maxfps you'll stay in Freesync window while Vsync active.

 

Your 5700 is not meant to play 4k thats why .. 5700s are 1080p 1440p cards

 

I know but i dont want vsync active while using freesync.
