Just in time for pre-orders, ZOTAC sends wordthat it has extended its standard warranty from 2 to 3 years, starting with the grand launch of the all-new GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics card.... ZOTAC Extends Warranty to 3 years in the EU
Thumbs up, any extended warranty is always welcome. Especiaslly with prices of GPU's increasing over the years.
So a whole 5-year warranty after registration? This will definitely make me purchase a Zotac in the future, yes indeed, I have had rotten luck with the GPU lotteries in the past and I am sick of it. I just want that extra peace of mind, I have been done in too many times with short warranties.
Great to hear that, thank you for the feedback. Are there any other users of Zotac? Good/Bad experiences? Let me know.
You are required by law here to honor 5 years of warranty for electronics, regardless of registration. It's been like that for longer than I can remember.
Zotac gtx 1080 here for the last 2 years the one with 2 vents works like a charm tho 1 of the vents has a bit of rattling at some specific rotations other than the card performs flawlesly
I sure as heck will never buy Zotac again. Got a Zotac last year for the wife (just under 12 months ago). Two of the three fans on it have failed since, and Zotac threatened to void the warranty if I replaced them myself.
Must be luck then, as I had Zotac GPU's for more than 3 years and no problems, btw soon I will switch to new GPU so yeah..
Had the Zotac brand since my first 560, so the 5 year thing is standard if you reg in the first 30 days after purchase, and so far never had any need to claim it. ha
