    Hi,
5700xt with any driver until latest 20.7.2
    Normal states of driver are
    p0 800 mhz 750mv
    p1 ~1400mhz ~850mv
    p2 ~2030mhz ~1130mv

Watching hwinfo64 and or radeon: Games run with vcore varying from 0.75v to 1.13v and values in between based on the core speed. (65w average in hwinfo64)

With resume from sleep, only 2 states happen and there is much more power use (99w avg in test)
    p0 800m 750mv
    p2 ~2030mhz ~1130mv

Also, sometimes the fan speed shows up as 65535 which means the fan is off!

If I run the restart.exe driver from CRU utility which restarts the graphic driver, I can get the p1 state back like it worked without the sleep.

Any ideas on what I could do to help fix this?

I filed report with AMD but sometimes I think those reports go nowhere lol
