    • Some hardware accelerated Chrome™ content leveraging VP9 playback may experience corruption on DisplayPort™ connected displays.
At least AMD acknowledges their weaknesses by providing crucial fixes. I was blaming Microsoft and LG for no reason. FFS.

I'm only interested in using checking out any new Adrenalin drivers that has hardware GPU scheduling for all GPU's , so i guess i will skip these and continue using radeon pro 20.q2.1.

I am curious, i wonder why they haven't added all the gpu's yet to test it out, unless they plan to do that with the next driver?

We have a hundred bugs already, probably they are afraid of being fired or laid off. They really have a bugging spree. It is not wise to test more than reserved. Don't build upon a broken code, ever.

Ignore please. I don't care, you as an AMD respondent, act like a troll too on my eyes. Thanks. P.S. Because you are not affected by a bug people like some people here, you act hostile for no reason.

Going by some posts it seems the bug reporter might bug and end up endlessly loading when trying to select a program to report.

    That's a thing.

Might be a permission issue though or some other stuff as the actual cause behind it. :)

EDIT: From further reading it might be a good idea to double check Wattman as the voltages might not apply properly or reset although there seem to be less profile of the profile reverting to default entirely or breaking stuff like the fan customization or bonking zero fan mode.

From testing the fan speed can still be a bit iffy but seem to work while doing any 3D stuff and I do use DXVK on many games which feels like it revs up to the target speed unlike D3D where it revs down after first spinning up to near max post Adrenaline 2020.
(My ears are pleased and the overall results far as temps are concerned are the same anyway so yeah up to target speeds not 100% and then down seems a lot better. :D )

Here's a quick fix for washed out colors that occurs on youtube video playback on non-Mozilla(?) browsers.

Do you even know why you need it?

You wont gain anything in terms of FPS.

I have a 4500u APU laptop (2x8gb) arriving today. I read that 20.5.1 was worse than 20.4.2 for this APU. Anyone know if this new driver is any better for Vega?

RE: 5700XT and Rift. I borrowed my son's Oculus Rift and it works fine with my 5700XT. I was running the latest driver.

I still might install it, just to see how they run, will do it tomorrow and see how
Have you tried 20.Q2.1 radeon pro drivers?
I'm using a 570, and i never seen that problem. But curious also what media players are you using?

That's weird. Not having any issues on my end with my 570. But different gpus, different results. Doesn't sound like a driver issue, if nobody else who is using the same card is not having the issue. Could be something else going on. But maybe the next driver will solved your problem :) 20.Q2.1 is the most recent radeon pro driver though, its WDDM 2.7, so maybe try that if you want. cheers.
