Free to grab: Killing Floor 2, Lifeless Planet and The Escapists 2 (APIC)

Highly recommend KF2. That game is fun af.

 

Does anybody know if Epic has a way to "paste" games files into the Epic games folder and the when you download a game it recognize the already existing files and just download the rest, just as steam does with the steamapp folder?

I wanna download the pirate version via torrent in my cellphone and then just transfer the other files to my PC, since my ethernet internet is beyomd crap (3 MB) compared to wifi network i have 15 MB. It will save me some time and wanna jump into KF2.

 

Can you claim the game on Epic store then enable it on Steam?!

 

Honestly, what do you think?
Epic is a competitor unlike Humble Bundle which is a reseller.
What you can do is using GOG Galaxy to have all games showing up at one place, still requires launchers for every place where you a game you want to play though.

 

Frankly, Steam should invest more in Big Picture Mode and Steam Input. At this point they're the only serious reasons I'm preferring it as a platform.

 

why don't you use your phone as an access point then ? it will be easier

 

KF2 is an oddly relaxing game.

 

My desktop does not have wifi and at work we have restricted internet access. In the other hand my cellphone can connect to the 100 mbps internet of my workplace, so it is infinitely faster and I have no restrictions. Was wondering if it was possible for that reason.

 

Still play it from time to time and is still updated with new maps + mods.

 

KF2 is great gameplay wise but the devs are absolute idiots and are smothering the game with microtransaction (Is it still microtransactions when gun packs cost 20 bucks??) stuff.
