@cryohellinc can i use this driver on an older w10 version? or is it for the newer 2004 only?

 

RTX 451.48-desktop-win10-64bit-international-whql.7z - do we need nodejs folder inside? What's the purpose of it?

Win10 LTSC (1809) here...0 problems.

 

Give it a shot, should work on the recent iterations.

New location of ngx core, and yes you need it for rtx features. If not use GTX driver.

The Do-it-yourself tutorial doesn't work anymore. I'm trying to extract the downloaded setup using both 7-Zip and WinRAR. I've got tons of CRC-Errors while extracting.

 

Yes, because it's not updated, hence irrelevant. And frankly speaking, I have no spare time what-so-ever these days.

No, the latest driver is way worse for RDR2. Use the previous hot fix driver. 2080ti

 

the new drivers are great for rdr2, the above user has a screwed up install.

 

I lose 20fps in RDR2 on this driver, everything else works normally. Gone back twice, same perf in the beta version. Hardware scheduling makes no difference.

Try new drivers for yourself people, that’s the only way.

 

That's very strange - RDR 2 performs better for me with this driver - not sure if they updated the Vulkan API from that of the 446.14 WHQL driver.

The one BIG downside to this driver is that CFR is gone. To play older games with CFR was a glorious thing until 446.14; these drivers have purged that feature completely.

 

I am on win10 1909 and 451.48 is not working for me. I am getting an error during installation every time.

 

clean installs of 451 are causing performance issues reportedly, though only Ioracle has claimed that so far.

it went from 1.1.12x to 1.2.133

 

Small announcement from me: Due to my recent real-life becoming extremely busy, I struggle to keep up with the clean driver stuff potentially to the point, in the near future, when I won't have time at all for this.

There are really two solutions to this: major delays on my end with clean driver release /// someone else takes it over (this would be preferential of course for the community).
So if someone is interested in taking over, please send me a private message so we can further discuss the details. I will provide all the info and guidance (if necessary).

Thank you for all the time you put into these clean drivers. I have been using them since I found out about a year ago. Hope someone takes over and good luck with everything you do!
