Ok i found a neat way around it, can do this in ryzen master or bios, im using bios.

    Manually set CPU to 4.2Ghz
Manually set CPU core voltage to 1.25v

I am now running at 4.2Ghz with idle temps of 35-45c
Gaming now running at 50-65c max

So by doing this i have managed to drop the core temp by 10c, and thats with a spire cooler.

Ill try going about 4.3Ghz if not stable back to 4.2 and see how much i can lower the voltage.

But i am way happy with this.

Don't get why you can't run it at auto, what is your max stress test temp with those settings?
Your sure that it isn't a case of to much hot air around the GPU getting pushed up to the CPU cooler?
