And...no qualifying statement is no qualifying statement.

    HOW, WHY, WHERE, WHY?

Basic questions Mr P, but I suspect that as the editor is for a windows/Micro$oft webzine, we will not get any qualifying statements.

I, unlike them; stand to be corrected.

    I will post this here:

GAME ENGINE DEVELOPER Reacts to UNREAL ENGINE 5 Demo

    ---

I'm a senior software dev and I know A LOT of developers. Also some in the game dev community. Almost all agree on one thing: UE5 or UE "V"*** will help speed up designing by 5x times, this in turn will speed up "coding" and this will speed up testing and QA. I don't care if one console is faster there and another one is there.

Besides hardware, the software improved in 20 years soo much. If I look at 2000 when we were coding in Delphi and comparing that to new Visual Studio features (or any competent IDE for that matter), the same piece of software / code our entire team developed in a month can now do ONE person in a week.

***this is/was funny flame war without anyone actually asking on twitter Epic or Sweeney if it's V or 5. we - developers - are weird
