I have a acer predator xb273k hdr gsync monitor paired to a rtx 2080 vc I'm playing youngblood (all updates and patches) ,I seem to have lost the HDR . hdr boom is enabled and hdr in windows is enabled as well,with 445.87 drivers it used to work fine,is there a way to force it on? I also run doom eternal and reddead redemption 2 and hdr works fine in those games so I know it's a game issue,Thank you
no dice I did a clean install of 445.98 dch drivers I played doom eternal right after that and HDR was fine,same with rdr2 I also did a complete uninstall of youngblood ,and stripped all leftover crap it was fine 2 weeks ago ,I don't know what could make it not work is there anyway to force it ?
I'm using the driver from the monitor page from the acer website Thank you edit : I tried the generic pnp driver but made no difference
Wolfenstein:Youngblood only has HDR Bloom not real built in HDR. So are your saying HDR Bloom is not working.I just checked ,although I do find very little difference with HDR Bloom on/off.
fixed it,stripped off drivers again and installed 442.74 dch,tested it got the hdr back reinstalled 445.87,it's fine now
If hdr is not working ,all the reds will be real dull ,almost orangish when the game loads up all the text in red will look like it popping out ,almost fluorescent in color that's how you can tell that hdr is enabled,it's a big difference if you can't tell the difference ,then hdr,or as you hdr bloom is not active

it's already fixed patch 1.07 enabled dss and hdr however you want to slice it ,it make a big difference Thank you
There is no HDR in this game called Wolfensteinn:Youngblood,there is HDR Bloom,no one is trying to trick you.IF you want I can show you the difference between HDR On/off on a supported game. I guess I should say ,I also have one of those stupid $2000+ monitors and HDR is fantastic but just none in this game.
I understand that they use hdr bloom and it may or not be real hdr,but there is a definite real difference in the color with it on and off that's all I trying to say,min wasn't working and I fixed it I wasn't trying to say that is was or wasn't HDR,I had an issue and it was resolved,and thank you all for the advice
of course theres going to be a colour difference, windows hdr setting reinterprets the system colour profile.
Can you tell me the fix,I will not tell anyone and can you show pictures or screenshots of the difference.
