I have installed the drivers again and I have to say they are stable for me other than those bugs mentioned in the opening post which I assume will be squashed in the next release.

Performance is overall a bit higher and mainly in benchmarks minimal fps is raised a bit in general. I'm really looking forward to the next set that has the sharpening and HDR bugs fixed and use them as my daily driver. So far so good! Could be much worse for a developer test version.

AMD has a habit of releasing alpha drivers to the public as if they are official releases... (No I'm not an AMD hater.. but it's just awkward how they can't get it together)

This won't be the driver for Windows 20H1 RTM as the hotfix is coming soon which fix bright HDR in Destiny 2, etc which 450.82 don't have.

There is no Release To Manufacturers anymore but release to developers for preview and General Availability. 19041.207 entered the Preview Ring which basically means 19041 will be the GA build (with or without preview CUs which increase the subversion).

He could have OCD or a form of autism. I don't know, I don't even qualify for Dr. Phil level of online psychoanalysis. I don't think he should be banned. I've made my comments about him. But, he surely could use a bit a creative direction from those in authority. All we can do is make noise.

This i am not surprised about, it doesn't include the NGX core that Minecraft RTX requires.

NVAPI-HDR10 (with madVR) is similarly broken, not only Win10-HDR10

Isn't it now bundled to be compliant with the DCH process?

These drivers seem good for me, no problems apart from having tearing in MPC-HC+madvr. Don't know what's up with that.

Tearing, like images breaking with horizontal lines? Or stuttering, excessive frame drops? I had the latter with 10bit output enabled (the default setting is Auto and that often enables 10bit in FSE or BLW-FS modes or even for bordered windows with Win10-HDR enabled).

@janos666 more like first case, classic tearing. But I can try putting 8 bit output, thanks.

No, neither MPC-HC, nor madvr use CUDA by default (the integrated LAVfilters of the former has CUDA capabilities but it's not a preferred one over DXVA; madVR only interacts with DirectX and optionally NVAPI or AGS).
