Best way to install AMD chipset?

    EVGA GTX 970 1561/7700
    I'm about to try the new Windows 2004 build, but my question is.

    Which is the best way to install the chipset? is it download it from motherboard manufacture website first (like the difference in size is kind big, 170mb vs 50mb) then update it to the latest chipset from AMD site?

    Or is it better to install them directly from AMD site?
