Thanks a lot pal! Any modern graphics intensive game will be fine, MHW, RDR2, RE2/3 etc.

Seems it doesn’t do a whole lot, but then again, this driver is not intended for gaming. :D

Videos (in this case 1080p24 SDR) start stuttering with MPC-HC (x64) + madVR when it goes into fullscreen (either windowed or exclusive in 2160p23@12bit RGB-Full) and 10bit output is engaged (which requires fullscreen when Win10-HDR is not enabled). Otherwise fullscreen is fine with 8bit (either with madVR's display settings manually set from Auto to 8bit or with 10bit enabled [or Auto] but the player's overlay visible and thus 10bit temporarily auto-disabled).

video stuttering was reported as a hardware scheduling issue in 450.12 too.

That probably is very old news, it's been that way in e.g. Firefox since forever. Happens with any GPU.

There never was a WDDM 2.7 445.xx driver that we are aware of, so I'd say that this is extremely unlikely.

What do you not understand? The official driver will be released when W10 2004 is officially released. Just stop already, can you not see how annoying your being with your non stop posting about things that were already answered or addressed? you keep questioning why they haven’t released the driver as if they were supposed to release it to the public just because you want it. It does not and will not be a game changing driver or instantly solve your problems or make your PC perform properly all of a sudden.

I got the Windows 2004 RTM version installed and using the latest 450.82 drivers. No issues so far to complain about. Have played a couple of games without issues and ran some benchmarks and all scores slightly higher but within margin of error.

If I run into any issues I'll report back here and to nVidia.

What about this hardware scheduling? Where is the switch for this? wasn't this supposed to be a good thing?

Hardware scheduling eh? If your hardware & software supportive of the feature (Software you have covered, not sure about your GPU (don't know what it is but it needs to be Pascal onwards.)) do the following...

right click your desktop & select 'Display Settings'; scroll down to 'Graphics Settings' & select; under 'Graphics Settings' header you should see 'Default Settings' (hardware/software support required for this to be visible & selectable). Under this Header select 'Change default graphics settings' & Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling toggle can be found within...

    Simples ;)

Someone needs to test if input delay changes with HWsched on. When I enable it something "feels" different. Not worse but I can't pinpoint it.

But I have to keep it off or else I get sound glitches because I run at a super low ASIO buffer. Will see what they can get out if this when it releases officially. Apart from that my frames are high as always.

You're an even worse troll and annoying than Sora. I would call this a massive accomplishment.

First off, not everyone has issues with the latest GRD that Nvidia has released. For you to call them beta drivers just because your system is performing poorly is ridiculous. Lastly, you have been told REPEATEDLY that the OFFICIAL WDDM 2.7 GRD driver would be released once Microsoft OFFICIALLY releases the 2004 update. The update has gone RTM, that is NOT the same as officially released. Please start paying attention, it’s not that hard.
