I have an odd issue with this driver. It would sometimes mix up the game profiles. And use and basically replaces the profile of a game with the path of another game. I don't know what is causing it but its really odd.

Use amd cleanup and install latest version 20.4.1 but read last 2 pages from driver forum. Someone reported the same thing even with 20.4.1

REally? Talking about PWR profile here and using the Win10 Balanced PWR profile all is good again!? - why not AMD?
BTW, I am using CPU Usage monitor (add gadgets) and so far always working fine for me... no need for Ryzen Master.

Similar BS with the AMD Sata driver causing frequently very high DPC latency affecting everything - going back to the MS Sata driver all stays in green latency all the time. HOwzat?

    It's been over a month with 20.3.1
    All fine on my setup.

    Games:
    BFV & BF1 DX11.x
    Forza H4 DX12
    GR Breakpoint VLK
    Division 2 DX12
    Phoenix Point DX11
    Phantom Doctrine DX11
    DOOM Eternal VLK

All games with Reshade or/and RIS.
Freesync working OK, Gaming is smooth (71FPS Cap).

AMD SATA drivers are very good here. No latency. Then again, I set everything to "Undefined" for priority so Windows handles all that.

AMD actually recommends using the included SATA drivers from Microsoft for Windows 10.

Good for you but not anyone else - how many actually realise they do have a latency problem? It's quite an eye opener once the sata driver stays green.

..btw...to "Undefined" for priority? how you do that?.. never seen such option in win10

    I know now why ;)
Thing is the amd driver stays on until you explicitly delete the driver software - only then the MS sata driver takes over.

It's a registry setting, and easily adjustable using MSI Tool v2.

This specific driver is very buggy (monitor signal corruption is one serious bug) for my Pulse RX5700 whereas the 20.2.2 is stable as rock.

Very good reliability noted from this 20.3.1 driver. I am using a old build of Win10 on a RX Vega 56 GPU (on 64 BIOS flash) and an unsupported CPU platform (Ryzen 7 3700x on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSB 2016) but thanks to my complicated OS install and this driver, all legacy games work fine, no SDL mouse issues like on newer Windows 10 'stable' builds - as in i don't have to replace DLL's to get native 1-to-1 mouse input. Goldsrc games in openGL still need RInput. But DOOM 2016, even in OpeNGL, and Vulkan ~160fps Nightmare 2560x1080 - works fine, Eternal runs at ~100fps at 2560x1080 Ultra Nightmare details. Old games run in hundreds of FPS no problem. CS:Go also nets me the most FPS whether im using Win10 1903 or this, minimum at least. Some may say it's snake oil stuff but it works well for me and i recomend anyone who has trouble with 20.4.1 to run 20.3.1. Oh, and enabling Enhanced Sync can let a DX7-8 game run with unlimited FPS so much it breaks, like 1100fps on a AvP 1999 Marine Demo from 1999 with dgVoodoo. But all my old games work on Radeon if you use DLLs and such to fix small things like dinput dll etc. I recommend this driver.
20.4.2 crashed when i tried Reshade but 20.3.1 is stable enough for everything now.
