Guys, we know that suddenly we are confined in out homes and boredom creeps in.
Now, after evaluating how many things I really have to do, I will need some more time!;)
Well, ideas worth spreading which I already made use or will make :
    • Clean ALL my computer gear - took two full days, every nook and cranny crevice and cable, keyboards cleaned thoroughly. Notebooks are on the list - new TIM and fans clean-up.
    • Up my German classes, and this time could be used to absorb more vocabulary.
    • Clean all my closets, each piece of wardrobe evaluated and sorted.
    • Browse all my photos and sort them, delete duplicates, retouch some and make backups.
    • Clean all the memes and media from my phone -seriously- why so many?¿
    • Printed some sheets of workouts that can be done at home with no equipment, using household items.
    • Clean sinks, pipes and every filter, shower trap cleaned and disinfected.
    • Organize my music collection
    • On line courses: Udemy and others are offering for dirt cheap almost everything - best way to fill time and get some skills.
    • Make a awesome resume, as I was put on hold and currently unemployed. Who doesn't nowadays?
Those are my ideas, what's yours? Chime in and let's get something positive out of it.
    Cheers!

So, you're stuck in your flat, starved of human contact and interaction. Well, it's not all that horrible. You can play board games online with your friends. All you need to do is make a modest purchase on Steam and get yourself a game called "Tabletop Simulator". There are literally hundreds if not thousands of board games you can play on this platform. It almost feels like the other players are with you in your room. Be smart, have quality fun in these trying days!

Work, wife, kid, dog, house (always something to do or fix or build), two cars (that I repair and service myself),...

I'd be happy if I sometimes had time to get bored!
From what little time is left is dedicated solely to gaming / PC hobby.

What, there's a quarantine? Was too busy to notice :D

    - I re-arranged the cable management of my desk.
    - I started playing Zelda Skyward Sword (dolphin, so HD + SSAA upscale) and other Zeldas will follow.
    - Working seriously on a website CMS+database upgrade (yesterday I update the forum and the days before I re-compressed over 45000 jpeg images saving 20% of host space)
    - Still unable to fight my caffeine dependency (5 cups of moka espresso per day...).

There are two cars here too, but fortunately we drive very little, and cars need only annual checks. Anyway I am not interested in servicing them, I am a PC geek/nerd.

I told myself on Sunday that I'll have a daily plan for each day to use them as well as possible. It's Friday now, I've done pretty much nothing but played games, watched The Simpsons and YouTube.

    Next week...

Started a new model earlier this year thought doing the engines would take a bit of time which it did. I started designing them a month agao and started building around 3 weeks ago. I finished work on Monday for at least 3 weeks, so have had a chance to focus on the builds.

6 engines each made up of around 20 parts.

Teach your kids some useful stuff. Sit together and read a story while having a hot chocolate. Be the dad for your kids you always wanted to have for yourself. :)
    Now you've got time ....

What? Then they will get used to having a 'real' father and attention from their parents! This could be rather traumatic, when folks start to return to work. I'm only partially kidding.

It's probably an unpopular opinion but Skyward Sword was my favorite. I still haven't played BOTW yet. I'll probably end up emulating it at some point. I don't see the point in spending $300 on a switch for BOTW and super smash bros.

BOTW should runs fine on Cemu (not sure on yuzu, probably not), especially now with official graphics pack support. Of course emulators are all but perfect, but Skyward Sword runs really good on my system with 2x resolution and SSAA (Vulkan backend, d3d12 backend is broken the last dolphin beta). I am using a wii remote plus and nunchuk with the dolphin bar, the controls are really smooth.
