Neat idea, but reinventing the wheel a bit.
Just go outside at sunset and walk for an hour. Your body is made to "read" the natural light and go to sleep. And don't look at smartphone's screen after 8 PM.
On the IoT security side...gaining access to the light switch a hacker can induce some seizures if the light pattern is manipulated the "wrong" way.

I have led strips with remotes everywhere. In the morning i press the white button, in the evening i go for orange. No remote access or anything. Safe & works but you have the responsibility to choose the right color at the right time of course.

This is just Samsung trying to sound fancy when in reality they're telling you to buy warmer color temperature lights for your home. I don't see how this is new. I don't know many people that willing put a 6000K bulb in their house.

6000K would most likely be bathroom or at least for the mirror, the rest are more niche, like people who paint and such.

    - "Boss, we didn't sleep all week being busy with that project, isn't that a problem?
    - All you need to know that y'all get a bonus if we meet the deadline.
Proceeds to dim the Samsung LEDs a bit more, just in case.
